a) Work to the Exercise yard was halted due to the freezing conditions and will recommence during the week beginning 18 January
b) To consider undertaking work from the repair and maintenance programme

· reupholstering chairs
c) To note work undertaken on the asset valuation for insurance

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS 2009
No problems with the lights were experienced during the installation or over the Christmas period but the weather conditions caused a delay in dismantling.

EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
In accordance with s.1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to resolve that in view of the confidential nature of the business to be discussed it is in the opinion of the Committee advisable in the public interest that the public and press be temporarily excluded and they be instructed to withdraw.
