Allotment Inspection
To receive a report from Mrs. Good regarding a recent allotment inspection.

Allotment Waiting Lists
The provision of additional allotment plots was discussed at the Asset Management Working Group of the District Council in August. It was minuted that a report should be taken to the Community Services Committee meeting to be held on 6th November, 2007 who have the responsibility for determining the use of Council owned land and amenities.

Members are informed that, due to safety reasons, the Grounds Maintenance Contractor has removed a conifer tree which had collapsed and was overhanging St. Mary's Lane.

BUS SHELTERS
Members are informed that after a meeting with ECC, it has been agreed that new bus shelters can be installed at the following locations:
a. Outside Poundstretchers - High Street, Maldon.
b. Wycke Hill/Spital Road, opposite Quest Motors. ECC have agreed to finance the installation of a base for this shelter.
