Churchyard Improvements
For information to receive a copy of a letter circulated to local residents regarding improvements to St. Mary's Churchyard.

Tree Work
Members are informed that, due to safety reasons, the Grounds Maintenance Contractor has been requested to remove a conifer tree which has collasped and is overhanging St. Mary's Lane.

MARKET HILL GARDEN
Notification has been received that the survey of the boundary walls at Market Hill Garden will be undertaken on 14th September, 2007. Should it become available, the report will be circulated at the meeting.
