THE TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (TREES) REGULATIONS 1999
TREE PRESERVATION ORDER NO.1/08
11 Downs Road, Maldon, Essex
To receive a copy of the above mentioned Tree Preservation Order which was made by
Maldon District Council on 6th March, 2008. Since Section 201 of the Act of 1990 is
applicable, the Order became provisionally effective on the date it was made and remains
so until confirmed or otherwise within the period of six months from that date.
