To note that in following the Town Council request for posts at intervals along Market Hill and one post outside the Town Hall, under the bay window, Robbie Jamieson, District Manager, Maldon District Council has replied stating that he would discuss the proposal with local county member Cllr Mead and if accepted it will be added to the Locally Determined Programme.

Application: The Plume School, Fambridge Road, Maldon
Reference: CC/MAL/38/06
Proposal: New utility hall, classroom, stores and servery and the extension to changing area to form foyer.
Information has been received from the Principal Legal Assistant, Essex County Council that permission has been granted for the above application. The Town Council had no objection to this application.
