To receive and consider from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer an invitation to attend a seminar in the Training Room, Maldon District Council on Wednesday 2nd August 2006. TRAFFIC AND VANDALISM PROBLEMS - MARKET HILL
To receive and consider from a resident of Market Hill a request to have posts at intervals along Market Hill to protect the homes from traffic. To note that the resident also thanks the Town Council for involving Market Hill at Council meetings.

SPEED SURVEY FOR HIGH STREET, MALDON
A request has been received from the District Officer for Maldon, Highways, Essex County Council that the Town Council indicate the preferred location and day of the week for a speed survey to take place in the High Street.

APPLICATION REFERENCE NO: FUL/MAL/05/01394
APPEAL REFERENCE NO: APP/X1545/A/06/2016739/NWF
DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Revised proposal: Residential development comprising 13, two bedroom apartments in two blocks with associated car parking, amenity space and relocation of electricity substation.
Information has been received that an appeal has been received by the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the Council's decision to refuse planning permission for the above development. To note that the Town Council had no objection to the application subject to adequate sewage and surface water drainage.
