LICENSING
To receive an update from the Clerk
RECOMMENDATION FROM THE PLANNING COMMITTEE
The Committee has recommended that a letter be sent to Silks Racing, the company which is to run a betting shop in the adjoining property, to remind it that the Town Council's permission would be required before any equipment is erected on the Town Hall.

CROMWELL PUMP
A planning application has been submitted by the owner of Pump House for the demolition of the existing house and the erection of a new dwelling. There is an application for the removal of the wall at the back of the Cromwell pump. The Committee has recommended that the Town Council should write to the owners regarding obtaining agreement under the Party Wall Act 1996.

CHRISTMAS LIGHTS CONTRACT
To consider the tenders received for the 3 year contract for the provision of Christmas lights in the town centre (closing date for tenders is Monday 12 June therefore information will be available at the meeting)

TOWN CENTRE MANAGEMENT BOARD
To note that there will be a meeting of the remaining two partners on the Board on Monday 19 June at 2pm.

EXCLUSION OF THE PRESS AND PUBLIC
In accordance with s.1 of the Public Bodies (Admission to Meetings) Act 1960 to resolve that in view of the confidential nature of the business to be discussed it is in the opinion of the Committee advisable in the public interest that the public and press be temporarily excluded and they be instructed to withdraw.
