To receive and consider from the Highway Manager, Essex County Council information regarding a proposal to implement a clearway to prevent vehicles causing a hazard by stopping on the verge, footways and carriageway along the length of the A414 - Maldon Bypass and the B1018 - Heybridge Approach.

To note that a letter has been received in the office regarding a pedestrian accident that occurred in Ship Lane Public Footpath in August, due to metal parking 'stops'. To note that a response has been forwarded to the writer of the letter and copies forwarded to Essex County Council Highways and Maldon District Council.

DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Retention of upgraded extraction system.
Information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that an appeal has been received by the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above enforcement notice. Maldon Town Council had no objection to this application.
