Sheds
Requests have been received from tenants for permission for the erection of sheds on the following plots:
a. Plot 39b, Maldon Hall Allotment site.
b. Plot 32a, Maldon Hall Allotment site.
c. Plot 29, Maldon Hall allotment site. This request is for a larger than specified shed to accommodate a rotavator which is just over six foot long and will not fit into a six foot shed. This equipment is used by many tenants of the site.
d. Plot 10, Maldon Hall allotment site.

WAR MEMORIAL
After the recent renovation of the Sundial on the Plume Building, the Conservator suggested that the railings surrounding the War Memorial were in need of some conservation work and she has provided a report and quotation which members are requested to consider for the 2006/2007 budget

ST PETERS CHURCHYARD REFURBISHMENT PROJECT |

MDC Design Awards
The sundial has been nominated for an award in the Building Conservation category of the MDC Conservation and Design Awards scheme. The Judging Panel will visit the Plume Building on Tuesday, 25th October, 2005. The award winner will be announced and notified in mid November.
