Further to minute 115 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 17th October 2005, to receive from Cllr Savage a brief verbal report regarding his attendance at the hearing in respect of Malones Diner, High Street Maldon held on 24th October 2005 in the Council Chamber, Maldon District Council. To note that a written report will be available at the Planning Committee meeting to be held on 14th November 2005.
