CONSULTATION EXERCISE - EAST OF ENGLAND DRAFT PLAN
The EALC has been awarded a number of seats at the East of England Draft Plan Public Examination and has decided, to enable all parishes to participate an 'Essex Examination' consultation process is to be held. Participants will be appointed to attend the Public Examination from the results of the consultation.
To consider if the Town Council wish to send a representative to the 'Essex Examination' consultation to be held on Wednesday 26th October 2005 at Foakes Hall, Great Dunmow between 10.00am and 3.00pm.

DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Erection of new church annexe, reposition of grave memorials, demolition of dwarf wall, brick piers and extension of hard surfaces to church walk, all as shown.
Information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that the Planning Inspectorate will determine an appeal regarding the above application. The hearing will be held on 18th October, 2005 at 10.00 a.m. at the Bewick Suite, The Swan Hotel, High Street, Maldon. The Town Council had objected to this application.
