DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: To maintain the removal of the render to the west fascade of the modern 1912 extension.
Further to Note 2.a.1 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 14th September, 2004 information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that the Planning Inspectorate will determine an appeal and the hearing will be held on 25th October, 2005 at 10.00 a.m. at the Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon regarding the above application. The Town Council had no objection to this application.
