To receive from the Area Highway Manager, Essex County Council the following: County Cllr Division list for Maldon, list of new schemes and a copy of the protocol that is followed when new schemes are placed on the locally determined programme.

WENTWORTH PRIMARY SCHOOL, VIKING ROAD, MALDON
REF: CC/MAL/39/05
The continuation of use of 1 relocateble classroom until 31 July 2008 without complying with condition 1 (time limit) attached to planning permission CC/MAL/31/02.
Information has been received from Essex County Council that permission has been granted for the above application, subject to conditions.

INCIDENT OUTSIDE SUPERDRUG ON 10 JANUARY 2005
To note that a copy letter to Essex County Council has been received from a member of the public expressing her disappointment at the response of Essex County Council regarding their decision not to consider her claim and denying liability. The member of the public fell over outside Superdrug, High Street and stated that she would not pursue the matter.
