Further to minute 180 of the Council meeting held on 4th April 2005, to receive from the Development Control Team Leader, Maldon District Council a letter regarding disabled access in the Maldon branch.

Proposal: Two storey extension with lift to provide two additional classrooms, the removal of two relocatable classrooms and the partial relocation of the car park within part of the landscape area.

Further to minute 195.b.9 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 21st March 2005, to note that permission has been granted for the above planning application.

STOPPING UP OF HIGHWAY LAND AT 9 MASEFIELD ROAD, MALDON
To note that the Secretary of State has made an Order under section 247 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 authorising the stopping up of the above land. Members will recall that the Town Council had no objection to this application.

APPEAL DECISION - 7 TENNYSON ROAD, MALDON
FUL/MAL/04/00776 First floor front extension to existing house.
To note that information has been received from the Planning Expectorate that the above appeal has been dismissed. Members will recall that the Town Council had no objection to this application.

PUBLIC ENTERTAINMENT LICENSE
Information has been received from Maldon District Council that the following have applied for a Public Entertainment License:
(a) Mr T J Stubbings of 20 Halston Place, Maldon in respect of West Maldon Community Centre;
(b) Mr R Fewings of Farleigh Hospice, The Bentalls Complex, Heybridge in respect of the Prom Park, Hythe Quay, Maldon (7th, 8th, and 9th July 2005).
