Information has been received from the Planning Inspectorate that the appointed Inspector will determine the above appeals at the inquiry which is due to be held on 11th April 2006 at 10.00am at the Council Offices, Princes Road, Maldon.

ST PETERS AVENUE
To receive from the District Officer, Highways and Transportation, Essex County Council information that the work to St Peters Avenue is near to completion. There has been evidence of vehicles parking on the footway/verge and bollards to are to be installed to prevent this.
