You are summoned to attend a meeting of the FINANCE AND GENERAL PURPOSES
COMMITTEE to be held in the CONFERENCE ROOM, Town Hall,
Market Hill, Maldon on TUESDAY, 21st FEBRUARY
2006 commencing at 7.30 p.m. when the undermentioned business
is proposed to be transacted.
May I draw your attention to the calendar of training events for 2006 to be put on by EALC and the Essex Training Partnership. For new councillors and for those members who wish to update their understanding of the role of town & parish councils, the Councillor Training Day on Wednesday 3 May 2006 is recommended. The cost of attendance and mileage can be paid by the Council. Please let me know if you wish to attend.

b) To approve the quotation for the annual service of the ventilation system at £812.50(+VAT)
