To note that the next meeting of the Larger Local Councils Forum is to be held on 17th January 2006 in the Talberd Room at Foakes Hall, Great Dunmow, commencing at 9.30am. The guest speaker is Cllr John Williams who is a representative of the parish and town councils on the East of England Regional Assembly.

Further to minute 154 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 12th December 2005, information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that the appeal reference OUT/MAL/03/00944 has been withdrawn and OUT/MAL/05/00979 will still be heard on 10 January 2006. Members to note that a copy of the Statement of Case relating to the appeal is available in the office.
