DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Erection of new church annexe, reposition of grave memorials, demolition of dwarf wall, brick piers and gates and extension of hard surfaces to Church Walk, all as shown.

APPEAL REFERENCE: APP/X1545/E/04/1168407
Relocation of table top memorial and demolition of brick piers and associated metal gates.
Further to minute 44.a.5 and 6 the Planning Committee meeting held on 12th July 2004, information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that the above mentioned appeals have been received by the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above site against the decision of the District Council to refuse planning permissions. Information has been received from the Maldon District Council that Mr J D Green is to apply for an Entertainments License in respect of the Bewick Suite, The Swan Hotel, Maldon.

JUSTICES LICENSE
Notification has been received that (a) Vivien Smith of The Nottinghams, Maldon is to apply for the grant of a Justices Licence in respect of 'The Flower Patch', 138 High Street, Maldon to sell intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises;
(b) Theresa Maria Wheeler of Elizabeth Way, Heybridge is to apply for a Justices 'Off License' in respect of Washington News, 79-81 Washington Road;
(c) John Linton, of 168 Fambridge Road, Maldon; Mark Hurst, 31 Spital Road, Maldon; Robert Smith, Ashfield Farm Road, Ulting; Alun Causaker, Dryden Close, Maldon and Louise Catherine Radford of Belvedere Road Danbury are to apply for a transfer of Justices 'On' Licence to sell intoxicating liquor for consumption off the premises in respect of Bar Café Oakhouse;
(d) Mr J Round and Mrs D Round are to apply for a transfer of the Justices License in respect of the Welcome Public House, 1 Fullbridge, Maldon.
