BLACKWATER ESTUARY SILTATION STEERING GROUP
MINUTESOF MEETING HELD ON 21ST JULY 2004
To receive from the Environment Officer, the Environment Agency:
(a) the minutes of the meeting held on 21st July 2004;
(b) to note the following:
(i) the meeting planned for the 17th November has been adjourned until further notice due to little to report;
(ii) Essex and Suffolk Water have advised that they submitted the FEPA licence application on the 23rd September 2004. The application was for a volume of up to 2,500 m3 per year on a rolling basis, anywhere between Fullbridge and the Promenade Extension. It was hoped that the application would be considered within the statutory 10 week determination period, as early indications were that English Nature had no objections.

JUSTICES LICENSE
Notification has been received that Mrs Elizabeth Murphy of Tenterfield Road, Maldon is to apply for a provisional grant of 'Off-Licence' in respect of 'The Maldon Delicatessen', Units 1 & 2 Wenlock Way, High Street, Maldon.
