To receive the report of Cllr Savage regarding his boat trip on the Blackwater Estuary to view the silt dredging and deposition sites.

To receive and consider a copy plan showing the proposed licensed area in respect of Maldon Town Football club to be known as Madison Connections.

APPEAL BY THOMAS BATES & SON LIMITED AND BARRATT EASTERN COUNTIES
SITE AT LAND AT HALL ROAD, HEYBRIDGE, MALDON
Further to minute 206 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 16th February 2004, to receive and consider a letter from the Planning Expectorate regarding the site at land at Hall Road, Heybridge. Members will recall that the Town Council objected to this application.
