Further to minute 158 of the Town Council meeting held on 5th April, 2004 and
Note 4 of the Road Safety Working Party meeting held on Monday 16 February, 2004, Essex County Councillors Bass and Mead will be in attendance at the meeting to answer questions regarding Highway and Road Safety matters.
