To note that the AGM of the Wantz Road Residents' Group was held on Thursday 1st July 2004 at 7.30 at the Elim Church in Wantz Road; any Councillors in attendance to report at the meeting.

MALDON CARNIVAL ASSOCIATION
To receive and consider the following letter from the Procession Chairperson, Maldon Carnival Association.
On behalf of Maldon Carnival Association I would like to inform you of our proposed road closures for Saturday August 7th 2004.
They are Cross Road and Mundon Road to Shakespeare Drive between the times of 10.30am to 4.00pm to be blocked both ends. Fambridge Road northbound, High Street and Mill Road between 2.00pm and 4.00pm. All roads will have a rolling road block on.

To receive and consider a letter and further information regarding the proposed removal of payphones in the following locations in Maldon:
· adjacent to 120 Fambridge Road
· adjacent to 19 Queen Street
· Mill Road (entrance to the Prom)
· the Quay, The Hythe
