DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Proposed roof extension to convert bungalow to chalet style dwelling and provision of new access and two car parking spaces.
Further to minute 138.b.5 of the Planning Committee meeting held on the 24th November 2003; to receive information from the Maldon District Council that an appeal has been received by the Planning Expectorate in respect of the Councils decision to approve planning permission subject to conditions to which the appellant objects. Members will recall that the Town Council objected to this application as it was felt the Belvedere was out of keeping with the surrounding properties.(copy letter herewith)

Information has been received from the Maldon District Council that the following have applied for Public Entertainment Licences (a) Timothy John Stubbings of Halston Place, Maldon in respect of the West Maldon Community Centre, Sunbury Way, Maldon;
(b) John Wilsdon of the Blue Boar Hotel in respect of the Long Gallery, the Blue Boar Hotel, Silver Street, Maldon.
