APPEAL REFERENCE NO: APP/X1545/E/05/1172038
DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: Demolition of existing workshop and construction of two bedroom house.
Further to 80.b.2. of the Planning Committee meeting held on 27th September 2004, information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that an appeal has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above site. Members will recall that the Town Council had no objection to this application.

Notification has been received that the Town Clerk, Maldon Town Council has applied for an Entertainment Licence in respect of the Town Hall, Market Hill, Maldon.
