PROPOSED TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS - MALDON
To receive and consider from the Area Highway Manager, Essex County Council details of the proposed traffic regulation orders in the following locations:
a. Disabled Parking Bay and Revocation of existing No Waiting at Any Time
Warwick Drive - to alleviate difficulties being experienced by residents who are
forced to park away from their properties.
b. Disabled Parking Bay
Wantz Close - to alleviate difficulties being experienced by disabled visitors to the Maldon Community Clinic.

EAST OF ENGLAND PLAN
To receive (a) the report of Cllr Mrs Riesebeck on her attendance at the Mid Essex Forum meeting held on 6th January 2005 at which the East of England Plan was discussed;
(b) a copy of the briefing note on the East of England Plan;
(c) from the Essex County Council a copy of the Key Issues For Essex and questionnaire.
In view of the fact that Cllr Mrs Riesebeck represented the Town Council at the meeting on 6th January 2005 it is recommended that she complete the questionnaire on behalf of the Town Council. (copy herewith, members only)

PROPOSED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING - FAMBRIDGE ROAD, MALDON
Further to minute 133 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 13th December 2004, to receive information from Mr S Broad, Highways and Transportation, Essex County Council regarding the proposed pedestrian crossing Fambridge Road.

APPEAL REFERENCE NO: APP/X1545/E/04/1170990
DESCRIPTION OF DEVELOPMENT: To maintain the removal of the render to the west façade of the modern 1912 extension.
Further to note 2.a of the Planning Committee meeting held on 14th September 2004, information has been received from the Chief Planning and Development Services Officer, Maldon District Council that an appeal has been submitted to the Planning Inspectorate in respect of the above site. Members will recall that the Town Council objected to this application.

Notification has been received that Gary Christopher Fearn and Clare Marie Catherine Leonard of Copthorne Bank, Nr Crawley, West Sussex are to apply for a transfer of a Justices Licence in respect of The 'Swan Hotel' and the 'Swan Hotel Function Suite' 73 High Street, Maldon to sell intoxicating liquor for consumption on or off the premises
