At the request of the Chairman to consider contacting the Highways Department regarding the repainting of the pedestrian crossing at the top of Market Hill.

LANDSCAPE CHARACTER ASSESSMENT PLAN
Further to minute 139 of the Planning Committee meeting held on 6th January 2003, to receive the following information from the Essex County Council.
The above document is available from us. We do not have stocks readily available as demand is limited so we print copies as requested. Unfortunately due to the cost of printing (there are a large number of colour maps) we have to make a charge of £100.00 per copy. There will be a CD version available in the future - not date yet - priced at £45.00. I am advised that the Maldon District Council do have a copy of this document, so you may wish to contact them to see if they are willing to lend it to you. The contact name is James Doe. If you wish to buy a copy from us, you will need to send a cheque payable to the Essex County Council.
